Business owners are invited to attend this Small Business Administration seminar presented by Mark Costello of the SBA Seattle district office that will provide information on SBA 7a and 504 loans. SBA lending can help small businesses grow with several financing needs:

Acquire an existing business or franchise;

Purchase or refinance owner occupied commercial real estate;

Purchase equipment or machinery;

Working capital needs or inventory purchase;

Finance business expansion;

Refinance and consolidate existing business debt.

Benefits of SBA loans:

Improves business cash flow;

Longer terms and maturity;

No balloon payments;

Lower monthly payments;

Lower interest rates;

Most loans have no prepayment penalty.

This seminar will cover the different types of loans available through the SBA. Bank officials will help attendees determine eligibility requirements and provide information to help businesses with their financial needs with the help of SBA lending.
