ISSAQUAH — The Issaquah City Council approved a 30-year agreement Monday with Costco that will allow the warehouse store chain to expand its headquarters as needed in the future.
The land development manager for the city, Lucy Sloman, told the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce Costco has not said it has any immediate plans to build.
Costco has been based at Issaquah since 1994 with a campus next to its store at the Pickering Place development near I-90.
