Korry Electronics, a manufacturer of cockpit controls and displays, will relocate to Snohomish County from Seattle.
The aerospace and defense industry supplier announced the move on Thursday.
Founded in Seattle in 1937, Korry occupies a facility in Seattle’s South Lake Union area. It intends to move to property at Everett’s Paine Field in 2009.
“We are pleased to reach an agreement with Snohomish County officials,” said Dan McFeeley, president of Korry. “This new facility will provide us with room to grow.”
Korry employs about 600 people and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Esterline Corp., of Bellevue.
