The Lusty Lady’s dirty marque puns won’t be gracing First Avenue in Seattle for much longer.
The strip club is closing, and its owners think they know why. With all this porn on the Internet, not enough people want to go see watch their employees perform live.

That’s what King 5 News reports after interviewing a manager at the club. Business has been down for five years, manager Geno Cano told the TV station.
“We’re not recession proof,” he said. “We’re losing money every week.”
Cano added: “The Internet boom killed us.”
The club’s exotic dancers will have their last show June 27, according to Seattlepi.com and Komo 4 News.
About 100 employees will be out of work when the Lusty Lady closes its doors.
