SEATTLE — Wells Fargo Insurance, part of Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC), has named Mike Taylor, senior vice president and managing director for its local operations. In his role, Taylor leads business development, client service, sales, and cross-sell for the company’s local insurance brokerage business in Alaska and Washington. Based in Seattle, he reports to Tim Prichard, executive vice president of Wells Fargo Insurance.
“Washington and Alaska are key markets for Wells Fargo Insurance. We are committed to providing innovative insurance solutions and excellent service to our customers in Washington, through our offices in Seattle and Spokane, and look forward to expanding our presence in Alaska,” said Prichard. “Based on his success leading Wells Fargo Insurance’s office in Phoenix, his extensive industry experience and knowledge of the Seattle and Spokane markets, I’m confident that, under Mike’s leadership, our team will continue to provide customers with the solutions that best address their insurance and risk management needs.”
A native of Spokane, Mike graduated from Whitworth University. He began his insurance career in Seattle and was a senior vice president at Willis, prior to joining Wells Fargo where he most recently served as senior vice president and managing director for the Phoenix office.

Wells Fargo Insurance has 159 team members and two offices to serve its customers in Washington and Alaska.
