The 2024 Honda Passport TrailSport all-wheel drive sports utility provides owners the most rugged, off-road capable Passport ever.

Offered in EX-L, TrailSport, Elite and top-of-the-line Black Edition trims, Passport comes with two-rows and a seating capacity of five adults. The 2024 edition includes improved off-road performance, updated styling, and a versatile interior that allows active families many options.

“With more rugged off-road performance than ever before, the 2024 Honda Passport builds on our legacy of engineering rugged, capable and comfortable SUVs for active, weekend adventurers,” said Lance Woelfer, assistance vice president of Honda National Auto Sales, American Honda Motor Co., Inc. “Passport also has more buyers under 35 than key competitors in the segment.”

Powered by a 3.5-liter, VTEC six-cylinder engine with variable cylinder management, the engine is mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission. The combination delivers 280-horsepower, with paddle shifters that allow for manual shifts when desired. The vehicle received an EPA-rating of 24 miles per gallon down the highway.

Honda’s largest five-passenger SUV also comes standard heated, leather-trimmed front seats, one-touch power moonroof, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, a power tailgate, navigation with voice recognition and rear-view camera, audio system with seven speakers, Bluetooth, wireless phone charging, USB ports, trip-zone automatic climate control, second-row sunshades, under-floor cargo storage, and a 115-volt power outlet.

In other words, it’s loaded.

All 2024 Passports benefit from a new center console with a large, newly-integrated armrest and expanded storage. The center-console storage bin can now swallow a full-size tablet, and an improved storage tray ahead of the shifter is large enough to accommodate two large smartphones, side by side.

Exterior features are just as plentiful, highlighted by front and rear parking sensors, power moonroof, pewter-painted, 18-inch alloy wheels, heated windshield and power door mirrors, remote engine start, LED headlights and fog lamps, tailgate spoiler, roof rails and dual exhaust.

Passport’s four-mode Intelligent Traction Management allows drivers to customize the i-VTM4 system for different terrains, including sand, snow, mud, and paved roads. TrailSport brings even more off-road capability with a new off-road tuned suspension with increased articulation, and improved off-road ride quality without sacrificing its exceptional on-road comfort and best-in-class handling.

In addition, all 2024 Passports come standard with the Honda Sensing suite of safety and driver-assist technologies The safety suite includes a collision mitigation braking system with forward collision warning, lane keeping assist system, road departure mitigation with lane departure warning, and adaptive cruise control.

For additional value and peace of mind, Honda offers purchasers a complimentary Honda Service Pass4 maintenance plan, which covers select factory-scheduled maintenance, as indicated by the vehicle’s “Maintenance Minder” system, performed at a participating Honda dealership for the first two years or 24,000 miles of vehicle life, whichever comes first. These services include standard oil and filter changes, tire rotation and multi-point inspections.

The Honda Passport Transport is assembled in Lincoln, Alabama.
