Sugar substitute

Spring is the season for a fresh start. Why not give your traditional baking recipes and sugary desserts a “makeover?”

When you’re looking for great tasting treats with less sugar that your family can bake together, try a new baking blend.

The combination of sugar and sucralose, a sweetener that is 600 times sweeter than sugar, can be used like sugar in cookies, cakes, mousses and desserts of all kinds. When you use 1/2 cup of the new baking blend in place of 1 cup sugar, you will have results that have the same sweetness as a full sugar recipe as well as great texture and taste. Yet, you’ll have fewer calories and carbohydrates and often a “lighter” nutritional profile.

Now that sweet treats can be prepared with less sugar, your family can happily make and enjoy the desserts they love.
