Cascadia Art Museum: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. On third Thursdays, the museum is open until 8 p.m. and is free during Art Walk Edmonds hours, 5 to 8 p.m. Museum is at 190 Sunset Ave., Edmonds. Museum of Special Art: Imagination is the name of the exhibit displayed through Oct. 27 in the museum at Country Village, 720 238th St. SE, Suite I, Bothell. The exhibit features the work of Down syndrome artist Lupita Cano of Seattle. Call 425-482-0353.
Third Thursday Art Walks: Lots of new work will be displayed during the Everett Art Walk and Art Walk Edmonds on the evening of Oct. 18. In Edmonds, the walk starts at 5 p.m. In Everett, the walk begins at 6 p.m.

Edmonds Community College gallery: Intersecting Parallels by Gabriel Marquez is displayed through Dec. 8 at the gallery, third floor of Lynnwood Hall, 20000 68th Ave. W., Lynnwood. Lynnwood Convention Center: An art exhibition curated by Everett’s Schack Art Center is displayed through December at the convention center, 3711 196th St. SW. The exhibit can be viewed during regular business hours Monday through Friday. The show features works by the Korean American Artist Association, including artists Miho Chung, Hyosoon Jung, Grace Kim, Jae Kim, Nam Kim, Sunyoung Kim, Jennifer Kwon, Junkyu Lee, Monica Namkung, Si Nam, Kyong Oh, Yang Park and Yuni Wong.
