Blue C Sushi, a conveyor belt (Kaiten) sushi restaurant in Fremont, is expanding to add its second location at University Village in Seattle.
The new location will open in April and feature Blue C’s stainless steel conveyor belt, a service bar with cocktails and beer and sake selections.
Blue C’s menu features non-sushi food offerings such as vegetable and shrimp tempura, tofu with chili sauce, chicken katsu and spinach gomae with sesame soy dressing.
Blue C Sushi at University Village, 4601 20th Ave. NE, will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays.
