Recipes include Mexican tortilla soup and potato and ricotta latkes.
Order the calendar by sending four 37-cent stamps, and a 3-by-5-inch card or piece of paper to be used as an address label for the return mailing, with name and mailing address to Idaho Potato Commission, Attn: 2004 Spuddy Buddy Calendar Offer, 599 W. Bannock St., Boise, ID, 83702.

The USDA is offering a free consumer guide to safe takeout and delivered meals, which it describes as a concise reference for handling cooked foods purchased hot or cold.
