1. Rest like a log: This log chair and ottoman, made of Douglas fir, are hand-crafted in Monroe by Seattle Timberworks. Both the chair and ottoman (sold separately) offer a rustic look for a cabin or home. Customers can choose from a variety of upholstery patterns, colors and material, or provide the company with their own fabric for custom furnishings. Ride ‘em cowboy: Saddle barstools are constructed with recycled authentic saddles donated by local working cowboys and cowgirls or purchased at auctions by owner Connie Brediger, said store manager Annmarie Gibson. Local artist Vern Ore constructs the barstools with used tractor plow disks for the swivel stand and the reclaimed saddles; $470.
3. Make your mark: Branded stoneware features authentic, registered brands used at working ranches in Montana. 4. What’s your sign? Customizable signs by Meissenburg Designs feature vintage images such as cowboys, pulp fiction paperbacks, hunting and fishing lodge pictures, old postcards and signs. Available in wood or metal, signs come in a variety of sizes, shapes and styles; $72.50 as shown.
5. Rack ‘em up: A wine rack made from recycled materials by local artist Vern Ore features red-stained wood, used leather and gold studs. The stand holds a dozen bottles; $80.
6. Starlight: Give a gold star to your cowboy or cowgirl with a 23-inch tall individual pillar candleholder. The three-legged holder is made of metal; $31.50.
