“America’s Next Top Model’s” self-proclaimed world’s first supermodel, Janice Dickinson, won’t return for the show’s fifth season, according to UPN. The network said Dickenson is leaving to pursue other opportunities.
She’s already slated to appear on the next season of VH1’s “The Surreal Life,” which is generally where forgotten celebs go for a boost in noteriety. It’s an interesting move, considering most people probably didn’t know anything about her before “ANTM.”
She’ll be replaced by Twiggy, a name we’ve all at least heard of. The British model was at least the first teenager to become a supermodel and became the quintessential pin-up girl in the 1960s. She may have the Simon Cowell-like accent, but can she carry off the schtick like Dickinson did?
