This dragonfly landed next to Janine Harles of Edmonds while she was birdwatching on Sunset Avenue.
Michael Remle of Arlington took this photo at Lake Chelan in August. The shot had a one-minute exposure time.
Sandra Jo Peery of Marysville took this photo of water lilies in the Seven Lakes area.
Jon Dobyns of Everett took this photo in early September at Second Beach on the Olympic Peninsula. The photo was intended to be a low tide and sunset photo, but instead it turned into a low tide and fog bank picture.
