Crow talk: Sno-Isle Libraries presents “Crow Conversations” with corvid expert Kaeli Swift at 6:30 p.m. July 22 via Zoom. Corvidae are a family of birds that includes crows, ravens and jays. Learn all about these intelligent and complex animals as Swift shares her insight on their ecology and behavior. She’ll discuss her work studying crow funerary practices, interspecies recognition between crows and humans, and cover frequently asked questions about the birds. The Banff Film Festival: REI presents 2021’s Banff Film Festival World Tour, a virtual presentation of short films and documentaries about mountain culture, sports and the environment.
