What: Rose “Golden Celebration” is one of David Austin’s largest-flowered English roses, with blooms measuring approximately three-inches wide. Flower shape is deeply cupped and is a rich yellow-gold color, striking against a background of dark green foliage. A very hardy rose, the blooms repeat and are very fragrant. Golden Celebration won the Royal Horticulture Society Award of Garden Merit in 2002.
Where: Roses perform best with at least 5 to 6 hours of full sun.
Size: Golden Celebration can be grown as a short climber (8-10 feet) or can be grown as a 6- by 6-foot shrub by keeping it trimmed.
