The Plant Shack, a seasonal nursery at the site of the former Emery’s Garden in Lynnwood, is opening for its second year Friday.
The three friends who started the Plant shack, Amy Tullis, Debra Jordan Smith and Holli Schippers, will sell annuals, perennials, small shrubs and vegetable starts along with soils and organic fertilizers.
They’re expanding their repertoire with the addition of roses, houseplants and Botanical Interest Seeds. And they hope to be able to offer custom planted containers for special occasions.
The nursery will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays through late summer.
Find the Plant Shack at 2829 164th St. SW, Lynnwood. Call 206-409-8756 for more information.
