Henry, a biologist, was representing the United States on the Pacific Salmon International Fish Commission at New Westminster, British Columbia.
Three more intersections downtown were soon to have traffic lights. City commissioners approved the installation of signals at California Street and Rockefeller Avenue, Pacific and Rockefeller avenues, and Pacific and Hoyt avenues.
