Downhill ski season has officially started at the Mount Baker Ski Area and Crystal Mountain.
Both opened earlier this week thanks to recent snow storms, including more than 80 inches of snow in the past week at Mount Baker, reportedly offering some of the best early season conditions in years.
Stevens Pass, the Summit at Snoqualmie and Mission Ridge are still waiting for snowier conditions, but hope to open soon.
