Rock musician and songwriter Levi Burkle presents a program for teens who want to experiment with writing songs from 2 to 3 p.m. today at the Everett Public Library.

Seattle writer Liz Gallagher, author of “The Opposite of Invisible,” a novel about first crushes and loves, presents a program for teens interested in creative writing from 4 to 5 p.m. Tuesday at the Lynnwood Library.
