The Trenton 1 combines the contemporary look with the rambler style. There is a covered porch with posts and railings, a dormer over bedroom 3, and the vent on the garage has been designed to look like a dormer for accent.
The dining room is on the right of the entry. It has a built-in hutch and three large paned windows.
Straight in front of the entry is the great room with its rear wall lined with large windows. There is a two-sided fireplace on the right separating the great room from the nook.
The corner kitchen has a garden window over the sink, an eating bar facing the nook, a corner pantry and a built-in desk.
Behind the kitchen is a large utility room with a door through to the two-car garage.
A half bathroom is located behind the desk wall.
The left side of the Trenton 1 is the master suite and bathroom.
The main suite area has a raised ceiling and long windows, giving the feel of spaciousness. The walk-in closet is adjacent to the master bathroom with its shower, a spa tub and two sinks.
Upstairs are two other bedrooms, each with a wall closet and large windows. A full bathroom with a shower is located between the two rooms.
An unfinished basement is available and would add 1,421 square feet of additional space if desired.
