Arty Gras Masquerade Ball: Monroe Arts Council seeks artists to participate in an “Arty Gras Masquerade Ball” Feb. 17. Original art and other arts items will be part of a silent and live auction to raise money to support local arts activities. Half of the money raised from donated items will be returned to the artist.
