Where Italian meets Mexican: The Spaghetti Taco

Remember when it seemed weird to mix peanut butter and chocolate? The commercials for Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups spent years convincing us that the two flavors were meant for each other. Of course they were right.

Here’s a new food combination for you: Spaghetti tacos. Yes, shells of crispy corn tortillas stuffed with tomato sauce-smothered pasta noodles. I can’t say I’ve tried them, but the younger folk seem to be taking to them like, well, peanut butter and jelly.
