There are still tickets available for Charlie Sheen‘s May 3 show at Comcast Arena at Everett.

While promoters aren’t talking, several attempts to purchase tickets both online and by phone revealed that seats still are available at all price levels, including the VIP meet-and-greet $575 package.

Sheen’s “My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not an Option” tour kicked off Saturday in Detroit to disastrous reviews. People reportedly walked out in droves minutes after the show began. The actor, 45, has never done a one-man show before.

He’s made headlines daily for his unusual behavior since being fired from CBS’s hit sitcom “Two and a Half Men.”

Many of the first stops of the 20-city tour, including Detroit, Chicago and dates at Radio City Music Hall in New York City, reportedly sold out in minutes. The Everett show has been on sale for 17 days.

The second night’s performance, Sunday in Chicago, reportedly was far better.

Sheen ditched elements of the show, including a rapper, a long monologue and videos that were part of the Detroit show.

Audience members said the second performance on Sheen’s “My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not an Option” tour wasn’t stellar, but it at least had some amusing moments. The crowd at the 3,600-seat Chicago Theatre stayed for the entire performance and continued to cheer Sheen throughout.

Sheen smoked cigarettes as he talked about his marriages, his career and his life with the women he calls his “goddesses” — a former porn star and an actress who live with him — as he answered questions from an interviewer who did not identify himself.

Asked how many times he had been married, Sheen said, “Seven thousand. That’s why I’m broke.”

Asked why he’s “paid for sex” in the past, Sheen responded, “Because I had millions to blow. I ran out of things to buy.”

Many people interviewed in Everett said they weren’t interested in paying to see the actor.

The Everett show, the tour’s last stop, was announced on March 17 on Sheen’s Twitter account.
