2 seriously injured in truck crash at Lynnwood construction site

The two men were sent to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after the accident near Lynnwood Friday afternoon.

LYNNWOOD — Two men suffered life-threatening injuries Friday afternoon after being hit by a large vacuum truck at a job site east of Lynnwood.

The two men were hit while working around 2 p.m. at a residential construction site in the 1300 block of Filbert Road, said Leslie Hynes, a spokesperson for South County Fire.

One was taken to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.

The other was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, Hynes said.
