OKANOGAN — The Okanogan County sheriff says three women have been shot — two of them fatally — at a residence in the north-central Washington town of Okanogan.
Sheriff Frank Rogers says it appears one woman shot the other two late Thursday afternoon and then turned the gun on herself.
The suspected shooter is one of the dead.
