VANCOUVER, Wash. — A 23-year-old man was sentenced to 35 years in prison Wednesday in Vancouver for a fatal shooting during a home invasion robbery.
Douglas Marquis of Vancouver pleaded guilty last month to murder and robbery charges in the December 2009 shooting of 46-year-old Charles N. Moore.
The Columbian reports Marquis was one of five masked people who went to the Vancouver home, following a map from Moore’s ex-girlfriend. All have pleaded guilty.
