MARYSVILLE – No one was injured after a school bus crashed into a station wagon Thursday afternoon.
The accident happened just before 4 p.m. The school bus was headed westbound on 152nd Street NE when it collided with a station wagon driving southbound on 51st Avenue NE.
It appears that the bus driver pulled out in front of the station wagon, according to Snohomish County Sheriff’s deputy Rich Niebusch.
The three children on the bus were not injured. The two drivers also were not injured.
Everett: South Forest Park cleanup today
The South Forest Park neighborhood cleanup is 8 a.m.-noon today at Zion Lutheran Church, 4634 S. Alger Ave.
With proof of address, residents of the neighborhood may bring yard waste, junk and debris, furniture, metal and scrap wood to the church for disposal.
Appliances, household hazardous wastes, vehicle parts and tires, and household garbage will not be accepted.

Monroe: Autopsy set for infant who died
The Snohomish County medical examiner will conduct an examination Monday on a 4-month-old girl who died at Valley General Hospital in Monroe on Friday.
The child died at the hospital after being transported by paramedics from a Gold Bar day care facility, the medical examiner’s office reported.
The Snohomish County Sheriff’s office reported that they responded to the day care facility at about 11:15 a.m. Friday. Deputies did not see any apparent injuries to the girl, sheriff’s office spokesman Rich Niebusch said.
