LYNNWOOD — A Lynnwood man is accused of grabbing a woman’s breasts Thursday after another woman refused to get into a hot tub with him. He later allegedly kicked a Snohomish County sheriff’s deputy in the mouth.
The deputy had to twice use a stun gun to subdue the man, 35, and place him in handcuffs, according to a police affidavit.
The incident occurred around 1:20 p.m. when the man walked into the manager’s office of his apartment complex in the 15000 block of 35th Avenue W., the documents said. He told a woman in the office to take off her clothes and get into a hot tub with him.
The man was asked to leave and then allegedly grabbed a woman in the office, the documents said. The apartment manager called 911.
When police tried to arrest the man, he allegedly kicked the deputy.
The man was booked into the Snohomish County Jail for investigation of indecent liberties and third-degree assault.
