Everett: YMCA’s prayer breakfast
The 49th annual Good Friday Prayer Breakfast, sponsored by the YMCA of Snohomish County, is scheduled from 6:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. April 10. The prayer breakfast is designed to bring the community together in a nondenominational setting. The guest speaker will be former Montana Gov. Judy Martz. The cost is $30 per person or $300 for a table of 10.

Sultan: Passport event is Saturday
The city will be offering passport processing 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. The special session is part of a national outreach event to inform people about the upcoming changes to U.S. travel document requirements. Beginning June 1, U.S. citizens must present a passport to enter the United States from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda. More info: 360-793-2231.
Mountlake Terrace: Money for tourism
City officials on March 16 gave almost $30,000 in lodging taxes and city funds to support local tourism. Tour de Terrace, a summer festival scheduled for July 24 and 25 this year, is getting $22,258, more than any other event or organization.
