BELLEVUE — The Bellevue City Council voted to allow helicopters to land on top of a 19-story downtown building.
The Seattle Times reported the Monday night vote is preliminary and is expected to be finalized next week.
Kemper Development has been seeking approval for two years to use the landing pad on top of the Bank of America Building at Bellevue Place.
