Edmonds: $386 to Pacific Topsoils Inc., of Everett, for topsoil at Seaview Park.

$166 to Northwest Cascade Inc., of Puyallup, for a portable toilet rental.

Everett: $338,000 to the city of Tacoma through a competitive bid for 181 sets of protective gear for Everett Fire Department.

$706,000 to American Process Group Inc., of Alberta, Canada, which has a U.S. office in Camas, to dredge, dry and manage 4,000 dry tons of biosolids from the city’s sewer treatment plant.

$102,286 to Strider Construction of Bellingham for a change order on an existing sewer system replacement contract.

Marysville: $319,351 to HDR Engineering of Omaha, Neb., toward development of an electronic operations-and-maintenance manual.

Monroe: $1,520 to Kesselring’s, of Burlington, for guns.

$19,389 to SNOPAC, an emergency dispatch center, for dispatch services in March.
