$600 to Automatic Vaults of Tacoma for concrete grave containers.

$1,215 to Cascade Valley Hospital of Arlington for employee benefits.

Everett: $6,482 to RW Beck of Seattle for design services for the Evergreen Way pump station.

$526 to Lowes Cos. of Everett for wood, paint and other hardware supplies for various departments.

$298 to Pratt Pest Management Northwest of Stanwood for wasp removal at the animal shelter and police impound yard.

$1,050 to the Washington State Association of Fire Chiefs in Olympia for 2005 annual dues.

Lake Stevens: $1,575 to Fresh and Clean of Lake Stevens for janitorial services in August and September.

$1,750 to Joyce Bell of Lake Stevens for a monthly payment for property purchased in 1995.

$440 to the International Code Council Inc. of Country Club Hills, Ill., for publications for the building department.

Lynnwood: $53,166 to Stouder General Construction of Ferndale to build a steel catwalk and safety railing over a clarifier tank at the Lynnwood Wastewater Treatment Plant.

$30,470 to Entranco Inc. of Bellevue to prepare contract documents, including planning and specifications, for the first phase of a fiber-optic cable project.

$25,000 to Parsons, Brinkerhoff, Quade and Douglas engineers of Baltimore to provide supplemental construction and engineering for the 44th Avenue W. improvement project.

$3,825 for Sgt. James Nelson and two detectives to travel to San Diego for the California Narcotics Officers Association 40th annual training institute and law enforcement equipment exhibition Nov. 18-23.

Monroe: $1,262 to AmTest Inc. of Redmond for metal testing for the wastewater treatment plant.

$441 to Elite Lock &Safe of Monroe for new locks for City Hall.

$288 to Evergreen District Court of Monroe for interpreter fees.

$517 to Monroe Historical Society for supporting the group’s operation.

Snohomish: $328 to Corporate Office Supplies of Arlington for paper supply at City Hall.

$2,783 to Earth Tech Inc. of Everett for a study to create a new storm water utility.

$318 to Global Crossing of Cincinnati, Ohio, for long- distance phone calls.

$1,430 to Nextel Communications of Reston, Va., for phone bills from Aug. 5 to Sept. 4.

$11,189 to Snohomish County PUD District 1 for electricity from July through September.

Stanwood $38,192 to Olsen Backhoe of Lakewood for replacing a leaking 6-inch water pipe with a 12-inch pipe.

$3.41 million to Snohomish County for a three-year contract renewal for law enforcement services.
