Everett: $1,020 to Co-op Supply of Everett for police dog supplies and 21 gallons of propane; $166,194 to Macleod Reckord, a Seattle urban design firm, for work on the Riverfront project; $2,166 to SeaWestern Fire Fighting of Kirkland for thermal imaging camera batteries; $34,017 to Premium Construction of Everett for firing-range upgrade; $52,315 to Aero Construction of Snohomish for frame and grate replacement along Evergreen Way.
Snohomish County: $2,121,841.07 to Granite Construction of Watsonville, Calif., and $362,926.10 to Watson Asphalt of Redmond for repaving projects.
Monroe: $384,897.31 to Owen Equipment Co. of Kent for a 2010 Vactor truck; $2,489.95 to AAA Monroe Rock Corp. for retention pond cleaning; $25 to Pilchuck Veterinary Hospital of Snohomish for veterinary services for Joker, a police dog.
