LEAVENWORTH — Divers recovered the body of an 18-year-old Burien man who was swept away in whitewater while swimming with friends Saturday in the Wenatchee River near Leavenworth.
The Chelan County sheriff’s office said the body of Kanwal Singh was found Sunday stuck in rocks about 15 feet below the surface.
