Cabela’s hosts Armed Forces Appreciation Day

TULALIP — Cabela’s is hosting an Armed Forces Appreciation Day event from 10 a.m to 4 p.m. Saturday. The store is located at 9810 Quil Ceda Blvd.

There will be several activities which include a rib barbecue to benefit local Wounded Warrior programs, a flag-raising ceremony and free portraits for active and retired military families. Also, the Arlington Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1561, along with Funeral Alternatives of Marysville, will collect weathered or distressed U.S. flags for proper retirement.
