TULALIP — Candidates for the Snohomish County executive’s job and an open state House seat are scheduled to debate during a Sept. 26 breakfast event.
The Greater Marysville Tulalip Chamber of Commerce is hosting the event at the Tulalip Resort Casino.

Appointed county Executive John Lovick, a Democrat, faces Sultan Mayor Carolyn Eslick, a Republican, in the Nov. 4 general election.
In the 44th Legislative District, Mill Creek City Councilman Mark Harmsworth, a Republican who works as a tech consultant, faces Democrat Mike Wilson, a politics teacher at Everett’s Cascade High School.
