EVERETT — Someone hit and left for dead Mark Davis, 46, near Everett then drove off earlier this month, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.
Medics around 12:30 a.m. on Aug. 8 responded to a man with a head injury near the 3100 block of 110th Street Southeast. At first they thought he fell forward onto the sidewalk, and they took him to a hospital, where he died Aug. 12.
The Snohomish County Medical Examiner determined Davis had internal injuries consistent with a vehicle hitting him. Detectives from the sheriff’s office Collision Investigation Unit found evidence of a crash at the initial scene.
Davis was wearing tan pants and a hoodie when he was hit. Anyone who saw him walking along 110th Street Southeast late on Friday, Aug. 7, or around midnight Saturday, Aug. 8, or who has information about the crash, can call 911 or the Sheriff’s Office tip line at 425-388-3845.
