SEATTLE — Seattle Police say a disturbance after midnight at the Seattle Center included a young woman being stabbed in her abdomen.
She was taken to Harborview Medical Center for treatment. Police say they do not have a suspect but are following up on several leads and they have the knife they believe was used to stab the young woman.
The stabbing happened as a crowd of teens was leaving the Exhibition Hall where an all-city dance was held Friday night. Fights broke out in the crowd and police were called. The stabbing happened within that crowd.
