Arlington: Movement Arts Studio hosts recreation classes
A series of Arlington Parks and Recreation classes at the Movement Arts Studio begins Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
The classes include Zumba fitness, yoga for beginners, Tahitian dance for women and girls, yin yoga, Pilates and yoga fusion and pre-natal yoga.
The Movement Arts Studio is located at 3502 204th St. NE, Arlington.

Camano Island: Fall birding field trip scheduled
Join Pam Pritzl of Skagit Audubon Society for a fall field trip to two bird-viewing areas on Camano Island.
The field trip is set for 9 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday. Meet at the Terry’s Corner Park and Ride, 860 N. Sunrise, behind Camano Island Coffee Roasters to join carpools and get directions to the county parks.
Those participating can explore Port Susan’s Iverson Spit Preserve and its salt water, mud flats, marsh and beach and then walk the shoreline and marsh area trails at English Boom Historical Park located on Skagit Bay.
Dress in layers, wear sturdy shoes and bring binoculars or scopes.
The field trip hosted by Camano Wildlife Habitat Project and sponsored by Friends of Camano Island Parks.

Marysville: Free swim dates set up
Partners in the Marysville Healthy Communities Project have added free swimming dates.
The next two free swims are scheduled for 7 to 9 p.m. Nov. 20 and Dec. 18 at the Marysville-Pilchuck High School Pool, 5611 108th St. NE. Swimming is free for the first 200 who attend.
The Healthy Communities Project asks participants to help the Marysville Community Food Bank by donating a nutritious canned food item.
