Charlie Dire, 18, of Everett has earned the rank of Eagle Scout. Dire is a member of Boy Scout Troop 19 at Immaculate Conception Church, where for his Eagle project he landscaped the front of Mattie Hall for his parish.
Since 1995 he has earned 23 merit badges and has held leadership positions in his troop.
The son of Mike and Cathy Dire, he is a senior at Archbishop Murphy High School, where he participates in football, basketball and the Link Crew.
