Decorate Easter eggs
Learn the traditional art of decorating eggs for Easter at a Ukrainian egg decorating class. Find out the symbolic meaning of colors and designs, use dyes and bees wax techniques to create at least two eggs.
The class is planned for 10 a.m. Saturday at Edmonds Parks and Recreation, 700 Main St. It costs $25, plus a $10 supply fee. Register in advance by calling 425-771-0230 or go to www.reczone.org.
Sale benefits the Farm: A garage sale called “Help Save The Farm Sale” is planned to benefit The Farm Youth Outreach. The hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday at 206 Avenue C in Snohomish. They need volunteers to help with the sale, too.

Applications are due May 16 and should be sent to Colors of Freedom Fourth of July Parade, 2930 Wetmore Ave, Suite 10A, Everett, WA 98201.
