FYI

Has your family cut back on TV viewing? There’s a strong link between hours spent in front of the tube and childhood obesity.

We’d like to talk to some families who have cut back so both kids and their parents can be more active. How hard was it? What did you do instead? We’d also like to hear from families who would be willing to cut back TV viewing for a week and tell us about their experience.
