The Soroptimist International of Marysville seeks applicants or nominations for several awards including the Women’s Opportunity Award, the Soroptimist Making a Difference for Women Award and The Violet Richardson Award.

The Arlington High School Winterfest Art Show is set for 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday in the school commons, 18821 Crown Ridge Blvd.

Volunteer needed for hospice library

Providence Hospice and Home Care of Snohomish County seeks a volunteer librarian to help maintain books and tapes in its community library in downtown Everett.

The volunteer position is for two hours, twice a month.

Library experience is a plus but not a requirement; experience with Excel is helpful.
