Q Is it illegal to park against the curb, facing the wrong direction? I often see cars parked this way for long periods of time, often overnight. It would seem obvious that in order to park in this manner, one would have to cross the street going the wrong way. Is this just another one of those "non-enforceable" laws we seem to have so many of? Or is it OK to do it?

A Wayne Wentz, Everett city traffic engineer, said such parking, even on residential Everett streets, is illegal.
