Kenmore man charged with indecent exposure

SEATTLE — A man accused of exposing himself at least five times to children recently in Seattle has been charged with indecent exposure and child molestation.

Jesse K. Drugger, 29, was arrested Tuesday at his home in Kenmore. He was charged Thursday in King County Superior Court and his bail was increased to $250,000. He’ll be arraigned Nov. 3.

KOMO News reported incidents took place at playfield, soccer field and beach. The boys and girls were between the ages of 11 and 15.

Police say Drugger, also known as Jesse Drugge, was convicted in 2005 of indecent exposure involving a minor.
