Kids can enter art contest for ferry schedule covers

Washington State Ferries is holding a student art contest. The winning artwork will be printed on the cover of over 400,000 winter ferry schedule pamphlets.

Students in kindergarten to fifth grade are invited to illustrate what “winter on the water” means to them. Drawings will be accepted via email or postal mail through Oct. 14. Five finalists will be highlighted.
