CLE ELUM — The Washington State Patrol said it does not expect to issue a citation in a Wednesday afternoon crash on I-90 that injured a Lake Stevens man.
Zachary J. Chedester, 20, was heading east on I-90 just before 4 p.m. when his 2006 Harley Davidson left the road and ended up in the median about 9 miles east of Cle Elum, the state patrol said.
Troopers say Chedester was wearing a helmet. He was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, where he was listed in satisfactory condition.
