EVERETT – Investigators think a fire that damaged a house Monday was set intentionally.
Firefighters were called about 12:50 a.m. to a house in the 2000 block of Grand Avenue. A fire had been set on the porch, Everett Fire Marshal Warren Burns said.
The residents of the house, which is divided into individual apartments, escaped without injury. The blaze spread to the front of the house, causing about $20,000 in damage, Burns said.
Anyone with information about the fire is asked to call the Everett Fire Department at 425-257-8100.
