MARYSVILLE — Two people were hurt in a morning car crash Wednesday on 67th Avenue NE, officials said.
A Lake Stevens man, 19, and a Marysville woman, 42, were taken to local hospitals with minor injuries after their cars collided at about 8:45 a.m., Marysville police Sgt. Doug Lee said.
Police closed the road for a few hours to clean up the wreckage, he said.
A witness told police that the man may have crossed the center line while he was trying to clear his windows, Lee said.
With cold weather, it’s important to warm the car up before hitting the road, he said.
“Take a couple of minutes to let windows clear themselves before hitting the roadway,” Lee said.
