LAKE STEVENS — Lake Stevens High School and Highland Elementary School have resumed normal operations. The schools were locked down this morning as a precaution while police responded to a report of an armed suicidal man inside a house near the schools, Lake Stevens Police Chief Randy Celori said.
The man walked out of the house and was detained by officers, Celori said. No one was injured.
